Policies and Procedures relating to the delivery of products:
- Subject to our policies, we will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you
specify during the checkout process. - We will inform you if we are not able to deliver products to the delivery address you specify during the checkout
process. - We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your products on or before the date for delivery set out in the
order confirmation or, if no date is set out in the order confirmation, within 14-30 days following the date of the
order confirmation; however, we do not guarantee delivery by this date. If you have not received your parcel
within 30 business days of your order being shipped, please notify us and we will begin an investigation. - We do guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances, all deliveries of products will be dispatched
within 7-14 business days following receipt of payment and the date of the order confirmation. Average delivery
time for all major cities is 5-7 business days and all rural locations, usually more than 40kms from the city centre,
are 7-10 business days. - Once your order has been sent, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please check your junk mail if you have
not received your tracking number within 2 business days. - In some cases, if you are not home to accept your parcel, the item will be carded. Cards will be left at the address
supplied and will indicate where your parcel is to be collected from. - Postage times can vary depending on public holidays, weekends, location, natural disasters, pandemics, customs
investigations, Australia Post investigations & other uncontrollable factors. We will try our best to ensure you
receive your parcel as soon as possible.
